Senior Consultant
Robin Salter of Concentric Consulting Services is an educator and consultant with experience in a range of organizational settings. Initially trained in research design, Robin has earned degrees in fine art, education, and organizational behavior from Luther College (US,) the University of Leeds (UK,) and Oxford Brookes University (UK.)
As an organizational and strategic development consultant for businesses and non-profit organizations, Robin's goal is to establish a strong relationship with each client. "It is important to support people in developing a reflective approach to their work and to the place of each individual within the context of the organization. The most successful groups are those who can clearly identify meaning and purpose in their work."
Robin has lived and worked in Europe, South America, and the United States and currently resides in Santa Monica, California. In addition to writing short fiction and studying psychology, she is an avid artist, designer, and traveler.
